My professional experience spans shy of thirty years in financing, governance, regulatory compliance, contracts and real estate. While much of my work has involved complex project finance, asset finance and other major transactions, the skills behind that work are directly relevant to municipal governance.

Financing and Structuring Experience

• More than twenty years of experience in financing and debt restructuring across project finance, asset finance, and capital markets

• Extensive experience negotiating, structuring, and reviewing contracts and security arrangements, including mortgages, guarantees, bonds, and related instruments

• Proven ability to assess legal, financial and contractual risks, identify exposure, and support informed decision-making

• Strong understanding of how legal and contractual obligations affect long term financial sustainability

Governance and Regulatory Experience

• Extensive experience working with government agencies and regulatory authorities

• Strong respect for process, accountability, and transparency

• Background in evaluating compliance and public interest considerations

Community Facing Experience

• Broker Associate working directly with Colorado residents on major financial decisions
